A Life of Strength, Service, and Love
Born on September 12, 1937, in Junín, Peru, Leo lived a life defined by resilience, generosity, and devotion to family. In 1973, he immigrated to the United States in pursuit of opportunity and a better future for his children. He carried with him the values of hard work, integrity, and service-qualities that shaped every chapter of his life.
Leo loved the Snake River and the mountain landscapes of Wyoming. Gardening brought him peace, and hosting family gatherings filled his home with warmth and laughter. He was happiest when surrounded by those he loved-cooking, sharing stories, and creating memories that will endure for generations.
He was a man who gave to others before himself. His expectations for his children were high because he believed deeply in their potential. Through his example, each of them built lives grounded in the values he instilled.
Leo cared deeply about his health and faced every challenge with courage. He was a fighter in every sense-determined, strong, and full of heart.
His legacy lives on in his children, grandchildren, great‑grandchildren, extended family, and all whose lives he touched.
