John William Georgio

In loving memory of John William Georgio, our Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather, passed away peacefully on June 13, 2023.  He will be remembered for his love of Old Park City and his great love for the Uinta Mountains.  He had 22 years of service with the Forest Service as a heavy equipment operator.  He was a friend to many and would share stories of Old Park City, and always had a map for every lost person to help them find their way.  We were so blessed that he taught us to love and respect the mountains, it was such a gift.  He had 9 children, 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.   He was cremated at his request and we will have a celebration of life at a later time.
