James Edward Cooper

James Edward Cooper, aka "Coop" passed away peacefully in his sleep early Tuesday morning, July 15th. 

He was born in Eau Claire Wisconsin to Edward and Beatrice Cooper, but spent most of his childhood in Douglas, Arizona. 

He has a bachelor's degree in metallurgy. He was a veteran of the Vietnam war serving as a Marine Corps sniper. He later moved to Lyman and worked for TATA for 40 years.

 He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt, fish, and camp. He also loved billiards and bowling.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his younger brother John. He has no children or close family.

 He is survived by his wife and best friend, Linda McCool 

He was deeply loved by her family and will be truly missed. 

At his request he will be cremated and there will be no funeral services.
