D'ANDREA LEIGH YELICH MOORE

D'Andrea was born March 17, 1948 in Miles City Montana to Janet Olander and Kenneth Brodston. Her parents divorced while she was young and she was adopted by her step-father, Joseph John Yelich. D'Andrea was the youngest of three children, she had one sister, Kim Van Dhyke and one brother, Kenneth "Lamont" Yelich.

D'Andrea grew up on a ranch near Miles City on Moon Creek Road. She loved staying with her grandparents, Emil and Marie Olander. She often told stories of going to school in the one room schoolhouse on Moon Creek Road, where her grandmother was a teacher.

D'Andrea met and married DeWayne Allen Moore while her father, Joe Yelich, was in Evanston building the interstate that is now known as I-80. D'Andrea often told the story of meeting DeWayne outside the Strand Theater and having a total of three dates prior to marrying him on May 13th, 1967. D'Andrea was proud that her husband served in the United States Air Force and proudly followed him to where he was stationed.

D'Andrea did not graduate high school, but was very proud when she obtained her GED and certified to become a CNA while she resided in Grand Island Nebraska. D'Andrea loved to provide care for individuals who needed care.

D'Andrea grew up with a deep love for animals. This love carried on through her life. She was an excellent horse woman and shared that love with her family. Following DeWayne's retirement from the Air Force, the couple returned to Evanston. While there, the couple first received one goat, which over the years grew to having a heard of about 50 Nubian goats.

D'Andrea was a loving mother of two daughters, Denise Colvin and Tammy Fields.

D'Andrea was proud of both of her children, Denise graduated from college first, she gave D'Andrea three grandchildren, Alexander (Kelsie) Ingalls, Cassandra Ingalls and Richard Ingalls.

Tammy waited until later in life to attend college, but she eventually completed law school at the University of Wyoming.

Tammy gave D'Andrea two grandchildren, Janet Fields and D'Anna Fields.

D'Andrea was also the proud grandmother of seven great grandchildren, Chloe, Madelyn, Layla, Conner, Bentley, Nova and Thomas.

D'Andrea had several treasured nieces and nephews who meant the world to her.

She was proud of each and every one of them.

D'Andrea left this earthly world on July 24, 2025 at the age of 77. She passed away peacefully at her home following a long and tough fight with cancer. D'Andrea was predeceased by her loving grandparents, her parents and the eternal love of her life, DeWayne Allen Moore.

D'Andrea is survived by her siblings, Kim and Lamont, her children and the grand and great-grandchildren.

The mark D'Andrea has left on this earth will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved her and the memories she shared with all who knew her. Rest in Peace D'Andrea Moore.

Funeral Services honoring D'Andrea Leigh Moore will take place at Crandall Funeral Home in Evanston at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 2, 2025.

There will be a visitation 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home and 10:00-10:45 a.m. Saturday prior to the service. Burial will be in Coalville City Cemetery.
