Evanston

Connie Schramm, 72, passed away on September 10th, 2026 in Salt Lake City, UT. Born on December 28th, 1953 in Jones, Michigan to Wilbur and Joanne Seager, she grew up on a farm with big dreams. She embraced the role of devoted big sister to her siblings and loving daughter to Wilbur, Joanne and Alice Seager. While she loved her family, she followed those big dreams west to Wyoming where she started her own family. Her two sons quickly became the light of her life. After raising her boys, she moved to North Dakota with her soulmate, Larry. She was blessed with the gift to gab and this helped her become a very successful business owner of Connie’s Cappuccino in Beulah, ND. After retirement, she raced back to Wyoming to be a full-time grandma. She lived for never missing a moment of her grandchildren's’ lives.

She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Larry Schramm; children Jeremiah (Katie) Moore and Zachariah (Shawnee) Moore; grandchildren Kamille, Kycen, Charlie, Kenna, George, and Kallen; step-mother Alice Seager; siblings Wilbur Jr. (Shelly) Seager, Rick (Pam) Seager, and Laura (Brian) Stevens; and uncle Harold (Cathy) Foster.

She is preceded in death by her father Wilbur Seager, mother Joanne Young and grandson Kohen Moore.

A celebration of life will be held on September 19th at Crandall Funeral Home from 11am-1pm. Her graveside service will be at 3pm in Cokeville, Wyoming.
