Carolyn Raye Burleigh, loving Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother, Sister and Aunt, passed away May 20th surrounded by family. Carolyn was born September 9, 1948 to Leonard and Beulah Burleigh. She was the youngest of five daughters. She married Donald H. Fisher and had four children, Donald, Stephanie, Mark and Christy. They later divorced. Carolyn worked for many years at Uinta County school district in the cafeteria. Later she worked at the Wyoming State Hospital. Carolyn enjoyed playing softball, coaching Softball and being a soccer coach. She enjoyed hunting fishing and camping when her children were younger. Carolyn’s family was the most important thing in her life. She spent as much time as she could with her sisters. Carolyn’s Grand Children and great grandchildren were the most important people in her life. She enjoyed every minute she could with them. She is survived by her sister Pat Wilson, Children Donald Fisher, Stephanie (Brett) Shahan and Christy Fisher, Grandchildren Kayce, Nick, Justin, Marquee, Ryen, Taylor, Haylee and Marcus. Great Grandchildren Jaxen, Victor, Ezekiel, Harper and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by: her mother, father Sister Jackie Lyon, Marlene Kaas, Ann Bumgardner, her son Mark O’Dell Fisher and Great Granddaughter Gracie Ann Kenworthy. A Funeral service will be held In Carolyn’s honor Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 11 am. A visitation will be held one hour prior to services on Tuesday from 10 to 11 am at the LDS Chapel on 200 Sage Street in Evanston.
