Beverly Arlene White Jones, daughter of Walter Wallace White and Mable Sparks White, was born March 23, 1930, in Evanston and made her journey back to the Lord on Wednesday, June 3.
She is survived by her three children, Colleen Millburg (Paul), Sharon Enot (Peter) and Roger Rex Jones (Sammy Wall Jones); her dearly devoted partner, Frank Maioran; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Arlene was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Rex Jones; and her five sisters, LaVon Cornia, Dorothy Davis, Melba Amsler, Wallace Annette Charles and Janice Conner. So many more await her arrival in heaven.
She was a wonderful mother and way exceeded her wonder when it came to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Downhill skiing, golf, sewing, playing cards, hiking waterfalls, traveling the world and gardening were among her many passions. Many years were spent working for Dr. Daines and caring for his patients.
She will be greatly missed by so many.
On her 95th birthday, she celebrated her life with family and friends at an open house. She had requested to be cremated with no fanfare or services. She will be laid to rest next to her husband in Evanston.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Compassionate Journey Assisted Living: 624 Twin Ridge Ave., Evanston, Wyoming, 82930. The love shown to her during her stay there was bountiful, and her care during her last hours was the very best. Her family cannot thank Joy Bell and her staff enough.
