Anna Jane (Janey) Bideler Jacobson 74 of Evanston, Wyoming passed away on June 11, 2025, at the University Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Janey was born on January 23, 1951, to Charles Bideler and Millie Noreen Pettigrew Bideler in Paris, Arkansas. She was raised in Southern California.
Janey married Jimme Ray Jacobson on June 5, 1982, in California. They lived in several Western States before settling in Randolph, Utah. After a number of years, they relocated in Evanston, Wyoming. They were married 43 years before her passing.
Janey loved animals and raised a variety of them including dogs, cats, peacocks, bobcats, Japanese chickens, exotic parrots, miniature goats and a cow named Oreo. She loved her home and yard and tended them both with care. She loved her community and spent a great deal of time caring for her elderly neighbors, as well as providing meals to those in need. Janey was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Gene and Bob Pelham and brothers-in-law Robert Rayl and Buck King.
She is survived by her husband Jimme, brothers Dwight (Gayle) Pelham, Bill (Rosemary) Pelham and Jim Pelham; several beloved nieces and nephews including Sharon and Cindy who she considered her own. She will be greatly missed by in-laws Brad (Linda) Jacobson, Jeff Jacobson, Joleen King, Kayleen Rayl and life-long friend Terry Johnson.
